Location and hours

Our office is located on the 2nd Floor of Sorensen Hall.
Hours of operation are 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.

• Student Accounts: Billing questions, payment of student tuition accounts.
• Accounts Receivable: Entry of campus departmental revenue.

Refunds

Credit Balance Policy

Students may have a credit balance on account after all financial aid is applied, usually through the receipt of loan funds needed for living expenses or books. In accordance with federal regulations, if the credit balance is created entirely by Title IV federal funds, student accounts will process the refund within 14 days of the latter of: 1) the date the balance occurs; 2) the first day of classes. Otherwise refunds will be processed after the second week of the term.

Refunds of Tuition Based on Registration Change from Full-time to Part-time Enrollment

A refund is computed as of the date a completed drop slip is received in the Office of the Registrar.  A student whose status changes from full-time to part-time (below 12 credits) on or before Sept. 9, 2024 of Fall Semester and on or before Feb. 11, 2025 of Spring Semester is eligible for 100-percent of the difference between full-time and part-time tuition. 

Note: Students who are part-time after Sept. 10, 2024 for Fall Semester and after Feb. 12, 2025 for Spring Semester will have their aid adjusted based on part-time enrollment. Regardless of drop date, students who fail to begin attendance in a class, or classes, causing their enrollment to drop to part-time, will be considered a part-time student and will have their financial assistance adjusted based on part-time enrollment.  (See Class Attendance Requirements and Eligibility)

Refunds of Tuition for Registration Change for Part-time Students

Students who are enrolled part-time are eligible for a 100-percent refund on or before Sept. 9, 2024 for Fall Semester and on or before Feb. 11, 2025 for Spring Semester.
